IL&FS Transportation IPO opening on Mar 11 to Mar 15

IL&FS Transportation is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 700 crore for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% Book Built Issue. The price band for the issue has not been fixed yet.

Incorporated in 2000, IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited is an established ISO 9000:2001 surface transportation infrastructure company, and is one of the largest private sector BOT road operators in India.

The issue opens on March 11, 2010, and closes for subscription on March 15, 2010. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
